We are on site to manage and return at the end of the building work to check that you are completely happy. In the meantime, you can get on with your life. We can organise the planning permission for your garden room too, if you need it.

Crafted by our own very experienced designer, each office and annexe is protected with high quality insulation, for comfortable living regardless of the weather. During winter chills, frosts, rainstorms and heatwaves, your building will perform admirably.
This level of thermal efficiency and high level of natural light means our buildings cost very little to light and heat. Again, further reducing toxic emissions. To help reduce CO2 emissions we use carefully chosen materials, manufactured with low levels of energy and few chemicals. Our garden offices are built with a strong timber frame and clad with FSC wood. Our low travel and no paper policies have made a big contribution to our environmental policy.
We have installed 320 rooms to date (Dec2011) and with our new brand, launched our green designs in 2010. We’ve collected one award for our efforts but are committed to continual improvement in sustainable construction for eco living. Our garden rooms have been used for many things, from theatre stages to nursery schools, home offices to marketing suites, artist studios to garden lodges for teenagers.
