All Studioni garden rooms are secured by a 10 year insurance backed guarantee for your peace of mind and deposit protection through the Consumer Protection Association. Our approval means we can attach our designs – or your bespoke design – to an existing building or install it detached in a secluded corner of your garden.

Studioni have carefully researched their building materials so the end product looks beautiful as well as being energy efficient and eco-friendly. This unique combination makes a Studioni room function as effectively as any indoor room. They are warm in winter, cool in summer and require minimal heating. We source materials for their garden rooms locally to the client wherever possible, choosing UK suppliers who have high levels of environmental integrity and small carbon footprints. As a result the product’s long-life and responsible construction uses very little energy compared with alternatives. Studioni never compromise on quality and take pride in fine craftsmanship.
