We started our journey in the garden buildings market in Bedfordshire, 2001. Many friends moved to Northern Ireland to avail of the educational excellence and we know how important it is to make best use of your property space. With a collective 15 years experience and almost 300 garden rooms delivered, we chose to move to Northern Ireland and begin a new brand. Supplying garden rooms throughout the UK and Ireland, we have restructured and resourced to keep our costs low and prices affordable without compromising on the excellent quality and customer service that we have become known for.
Our rooms have been used as art studios, accountant's offices, school meeting rooms and portable school buildings, home offices, private gyms, spa and sauna rooms, play rooms, a granny annex, a teenage den, music recording room, showrooms, journalists’ work spaces, hobby rooms, hairdressing studios to name just a tiny selection. We can complete all garden rooms to building regulation standards, throughout the province. Garden Studios are as flexible and versatile as you can imagine. Our original garden room changed in use over the years, from a carpentry workshop to a children’s play room then to an artist’s studio. It added a clear £10,000 to our property value and when we sold the house, the new owners were delighted with the extra outside space which they use for entertaining and the occassional guest bedroom.
