We have an excellent way of creating more space for work, life or leisure in Carrickmacross.  Our directors’ 15 years experience in the UK garden rooms market has yielded our bench-mark designs, accomplished hundreds of projects and formed our reputation for high quality finishes and customer satisfaction - which we are delighted to extend throughout Northern Ireland.  Having moved home to Northern Ireland in 2009, we re-branded as Studioni and brought this flexible lifestyle living choice home – making our products available to the people of Northern Ireland.

Studioni outdoor offices and leisure rooms are stunning looking and present a professional image as a work place.  They also add a beautiful feature to a garden, as extra living space, a guest suite, a home cinema or personal fitness gym.  Made to last and guaranteed, they are a value-adding addition to any property.  As a business asset, they are constructed to be easily moved between sites.

Our marketing director was born and raised in County Tyrone and understands the house proud standards here.  However, she was dismayed at the poor availability of new products advertised in glossy home and design magazines.  So she is especially delighted at having the job of spreading the good news, that Studioni garden rooms are locally designed, by us, and carry no extra delivery or transportation fees.  We can install your garden room or timber framed home extension in less than two weeks on site – significantly faster then any ordinary build.  Garden rooms are the modern, affordable alternative to traditional building plans and they comply with building regs.  If planning permission is required (it is usually not needed) we can complete the application for you, if you wish.

Our garden offices are ordered by two different sets of people.  The first concerns those who are working from a spare room or dining table at home and need a professional, dedicated office space. Having a garden office completely separates their work from family life and releases the spare room from all their work clutter.  The second concerns small businesses which are incurring lofty business rent and rates on their current office.  Downsizing their expenses by using a garden office as a business asset is economically viable as the purchase can also be offset against tax.  With no more rent and rates to pay, the building very soon pays for itself but is durable and solid enough to provide rent free office space for decades.  Having a separate back garden entrance means that business visitors can meet you in your workspace without disturbing the family.
