Having moved home to Northern Ireland in 2009, we re-branded as Studioni and brought this flexible lifestyle living choice home – making our versatile garden buildings available to the people of Benburb, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
Our marketing director was born and raised in County Tyrone and understands the house proud standards here. However, she was also saddened at the lack of availability of the new products advertised in glossy home and garden and in design magazines. So she is especially delighted at having the task of spreading the good news, that Studioni garden rooms are locally designed, by us, and carry no extra delivery or transportation fees.
We can install your garden room or extension in less than two weeks on site – significantly faster then any traditional build. Garden rooms are the modern, affordable alternative to traditional building plans and they comply with building regulations. If planning permission is required (it is usually not needed) we can complete all the paperwork for you, if you wish.
Our garden offices are purchased by two different sets of people. The first concerns those who are working from a spare room or dining table at home and need a professional, dedicated office space. Having a garden office separates their work from family life and releases the spare room from all their work clutter. The second concerns small businesses which are incurring high business rent and rates on their current office.
