With our latest development, our designs have been re-sourced to make best use of environmentally friendly materials to produce the most thermally efficient build. This means that very little heat is lost through our rooms, requiring minimal energy and cost to maintain an ambient temperature. We have just received a Green Achievers award in recognition of our progress but we are determined to continue developing when new technology and materials become available.
Garden lodges and studios encourage a new lifetstyle trend of using outdoor spaces, making the best use of the available space around properties to maximise living area. If you would like more room at home but do not want to move, adding a garden room is the ideal answer. Our high quality and well insulated garden rooms are proven to add both value and interest to property so the cost is never lost. In fact, in some areas, the whole cost can be recouped through the rising value of the house.
Our approved manufacturer makes and delivers timber-framed houses to many countries in western Europe and is well placed to produce your design, or one of our garden room models, to the highest specification. (We have the design and construction experience to allow you free design services). We can comply with building regulations and can apply for planning permission on your behalf, if you need it Planning laws can be a headache and vary widely between each UK country and the Republic of Ireland but we are competant at such applications and have not had one refused, even when in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or Conservation Area.
