Our structurally insulated panels are not only incredibly strong they also ensure a habitable year-round environment which will have a durability of 60 years+ (independantly certified).  We use the best SIPS panels - with polyurethane foam filling - for highest thermal efficiency and lowest energy costs.  Our SIPS panels are 40% more efficient than the regular polystyrene type, costing you 40% less to heat and cool your building.  Typical U value 0.27 (Wm–2K–1).

The lower the u-value figure, the better the performance and our higher spec rooms rate 0.17 (Wm–2K–1) for their 150mm panels. Calculated in accordance with BS EN ISO 6946 : 1997 and BRE report (BR 443 : 2006).

This system makes not only the walls, but is used for the ceiling and floor of Studioni rooms too, wrapping your room with a safe and well tested system, manufactured in compliance with a full BBA certificate.  This approval from the British Board of Agrément means the SIPS systems, which make up the floor, roof and walls of Studioni Rooms, have passed rigorous tests for strength, stiffness, fire resistance, thermal performance, air permeability, sound insulation, weathertightness and durability.
So our structures are suitable as free-standing garden rooms, larger buildings and extensions. This accreditation ensures your room will be fire safe, energy efficient and well made.
