Our certified structurally insulated panels are not only incredibly strong they also ensure a habitable year-round environment.  Our SIPS panels are 40% more efficient than the regular polystyrene type, SAVING YOU 40% on heating and cooling your building.  Typical U value 0.27 (Wm–2K–1).

The lower the u-value figure, the better the performance and our higher spec rooms rate 0.17 (Wm–2K–1) for their 150mm panels. Calculated in accordance with Construction Products Directive 89/106/EEC.

This system makes not only the walls, but is used for the ceiling and floor of Studioni rooms too, wrapping your room with a safe and well tested system.  This CE approval on the SIPS system, which makes up the floor, roof and walls of Studioni Rooms, ensures that rigorous tests have been passed for strength, fire resistance, thermal performance, air permeability, sound insulation, weathertightness and durability.

This accreditation ensures your room will be fire safe, energy efficient and well made.  

Our 2012 drive to reduce waste led us to use pre-engineered CE approved panels, a system which greatly improves the thermal efficiency of the building compared to timber frame studs and cavity insulation with regard to cold bridging.  Solid Panels provide a rigid surface for fixings: no additional timber 'noggins' are required to facilitate the hanging of heaters and kitchen units as is required with timber frame construction.
