Every project we take on is carefully designed with the client's needs foremost.  We are often asked if we make smaller or larger buildings.  The answer is simply yes, we do.  Any width, depth or configuration changes are possible, subject to local planning.

We display a set range of commonly requested sizes, to give customers an idea of costs but we can, and do, design to bespoke requirements.  Whether the need is to accomodate a corner plot or a multi-room suite, a granny annexe or capture a beautiful view.
