How does the Whole Garden Studio Process Work?

You’ve seen our site, checked our prices against your budget and are ready to move forward with your ideas.  You have a digital copy of our brochure and have found all the details on the materials used to build our products, available on the datasheet for each range of designs.  It’s time to talk about you.

1. Your Ideas. We find it is good to have an initial chat by phone about your ideas and requirements for extra space.  It helps us, for example, establish if there is need for a planning application, which will delay the start date and necessitate an urgency for design drawings.  So when you are ready to move forward, send us a note on our contact us form and we will call you back.

2. Collecting information. Surveys are not always necessary, if your circumstances are uncomplicated or you have an existing foundation.  We will need to see your electrical consumer unit to check for spare capacity.  If you are able to email a few pictures of the site, you can enjoy a remote design meeting with our designer.  This allows you to sit at home with your phone, in front of your computer, and watch our designer play with your ideas for your garden.  You can see the design take shape, change its position in your garden or alter any other aspect to perfectly shape it for your needs.

3. Quotation.  After we have all the information we need about your site, design and your requirements, we can begin pricing your project.  The free design meeting allows us to offer a fixed price so there are no hidden extra charges along the way.  We like to give clients a clear visual image of the design in the garden, so you can see what it will look like in place.  Our quotations are usually all-inclusive and can be itemized with any options or variables you have asked for. Our price is itemised so you can opt in or opt out of certain services, too.

4. Ordering.  Ordering is easy and you can move in and begin enjoying your Studioni room in just a few weeks. Once we receive your signed order form we begin the process of coordinating your project. We give you a schedule of works and an expected start date. No need to worry about unexpected costs, our price is fixed and your deposit protected by a Consumer Protection Association insurance policy.

5. Installation.  You have one professional point of contact for all queries relating to your project ensuring a smooth and efficient finish. We use the most experienced and qualified project managers and tradesmen on site who are discreet, polite and, we are told, a pleasure to have around.

Week 1: Foundation and structure installation, the shell is in place and joinery complete.

Week 2: The plaster walls are allowed to dry, the cladding and flooring are securely placed and the electrical work finished.

Any extras such as installing a sauna, kitchen units, tiling a shower room or decorating the interior walls and ceiling will be completed before clearing up and handing you the keys.  On completion, your final installment will fall due and finally your insurance-backed ten year guarantee paperwork will be filled in and forwarded to you for validation.
