Garden Office 2012 Projects.

This year, the Chinese Year of the Dragon, is also our 18th birthday.  We have collated 18 years experience in this niche market;  designing and managing domestic, business and educational construction projects within the garden rooms industry.  We've added a garden studio concept gallery to help give clients design ideas.

That means lots of lessons learned, lots of specific experience of our products, old and new materials and bespoke projects.  That also puts us in the position of offering arguably the very best quality garden room products in the industry today, at very reasonable prices.  Our business structure is such that we do not need to sell copious buildings to meet our overheads, laboriously blanket advertise throughout the internet or hide our product specifications.  We have the flexibility to focus on our quality-loving clients.

As the industry growth continues, all be it at a slower pace, we notice changes in competitive companies.  Some competitors have down graded the specification of their garden studios lately, without drawing attention to it, and retained their prices. Just one of those sneaky moves that consumers may find it hard to pick up, performed in the name of 'business'.  Not very honest.  It literally means that the consumer is paying the same high price for a lesser quality job with a lower longevity.  Watch out for that one!

Get the specification in writing from the company and if the u-values seem exaggerated (and they sometimes are) query it with a professional.  The Advertising Standards Authority will also be interested to catch companies performing like this so the practice will be stopped by the regulator.
